Our beautiful 18th Century Coaching Inn offers a choice of elegant rooms, magnificent grounds and  a dedicated personal service to ensure we create the perfect wedding day for you. We specialize in civil ceremonies and wedding receptions at the Sitwell Arms and our excellent reputation is built on our many years of experience in planning special celebrations.  Our hotel is privately owned and we pride ourselves in being one of Derbyshire's premier wedding venues.

 

We will appoint you your own wedding coordinator who will guide and offer advice to ensure your day lives up to your expectations.

 

The grand banqueting suite is one of two beautiful functions rooms hidden away within our establishment. This room has recently been refurbished and boasts traditional decor with elegant chandeliers. The second function room is situated on the ground floor with full disabled access and a large modern conservatory. Both rooms are spacious, fully air conditioned and have their own private bars.

 

The Sitwell Arms Hotel carries a civil license and has a selection of beautiful rooms to hold your civil ceremony. Small groups can be catered for with as much attention to detail as groups of up to 150 guests.

 

The hotels grounds have been nurtured to offer the perfect backdrop to any wedding photograph. You can capture the moment of your special day by the picturesque lake and fountain or around the beautiful lily pond and rose orchard.

Our wedding brochure offers a wide variety of food and drink suggestions however we have the flexibility to cater for your every need and your day can be as simple or as elaborate as your want it to be.

 

Accommodation is spacious at the Sitwell Arms and each room is individual in style. The Bride and Groom can choose to stay over in one of our French four poster bedrooms or Indian themed honeymoon suite. All guests attending functions are granted a discounted accommodation rate which includes full English breakfast and complimentary access to our state of the art fitness suite.
